Tens of thousands gathered in concert in Gever

	COLEMÊRG - Tens of thousands of people attended the concert organised by Gever (Yüksekova) Municipality in Colemêrg (Hakkari). "Bijî Serok Apo (Long live Leader Apo)" slogan was frequently chanted during the concert. 

	 

	The area of the concert, which attracted great interest of the residents of the district from 7 to 70, was filled in a short time. Addressing the citizens before the concert, Gever Municipality Co-Mayor Şadiye Kırmızıgül said, "The thousands of people filling this area show that our people protect their culture, music and language. We will continue such events to keep our ancient culture alive. We exist with our music, halay and unity." 

	 

	Co-Mayor Şoreş Diri said: "This enthusiasm gives us strength. The people of Yüksekova deserve such cultural events. We will continue to bring our people together with art in the coming period." After the speeches, Rojda Şenses took the stage. Tens of thousands of people took halay with the songs of Rojda Şenses and frequently chanted "Bijî Serok Apo", "Bê Serok jiyan nabe (Without Leader there is no life)" slogans.
