Final results of the Iraq elections announced 2025-11-18 08:26:44   NEWS CENTER - The Independent High Electoral Commission of Iraq announced the results of the parliamentary elections after the objections. Voter turnout in Kurdistan was recorded as 71.65 per cent in Erbil, 65.02 per cent in Kirkuk, 60.15 per cent in Sulaymaniyah, and 77.47 per cent  in Duhok.   The Independent High Electoral Commission of Iraq stated that the final results of the parliamentary elections were announced late due to the evaluation of objections submitted by parties.   The official results and seats in the Kurdistan Region are as follows:   ERBIL (HEWLÊR)   16 seats, 1 quota seat, turnout: 71.65 per cent   KDP: 369,724 votes, 9 seats   PUK (YNK): 97,411 votes, 3 seats   Attitude Front (Eniya Helwêst): 63,298 votes, 2 seats   New Generation Movement (Tevgera Nifşê Nû): 38,921 votes, 1 seat   Christian Quota: Kildo Remzi – 18,472 votes   KIRKUK (KERKÛK)   13 seats, turnout: 65.02 per cent   PUK (YNK): 114,999 votes, 4 seats   KDP: 21,414 votes, 1 seat   Takaddum Party: 59,050 votes, 3 seats   Iraqi Turkmen Front: 28,302 votes, 2 seats   Kirkuk Arab Alliance: 15,448 votes, 1 seat   Azim Alliance: 12,695 votes, 1 seat   SULAYMANIYAH (SILÊMANÎ)   18 seats, turnout: 60.15 per cent   PUK (YNK): 241,143 votes, 8 seats   Attitude Front (Eniya Helwêst): 75,375 votes, 3 seats   New Generation Movement (Tevgera Nifşê Nû): 69,781 votes, 2 seats   KDP: 68,834 votes, 2 seats   Kurdistan Islamic Union (Yekgirtûya Îslamî): 65,312 votes, 2 seats   Justice Community (Komeleya Dadgerî): 34,563 votes, 1 seat   DUHOK 11 seats, 1 quota seat, turnout: 77.47 per cent    KDP: 413,890 votes, 9 seats   Kurdistan Islamic Union (Yekgirtûya Îslamî): 72,986 votes, 2 seats   Christian Quota: Sami Uşana – 22,836 votes
