The Kurdistan Worker's Party (Partîya Karkerê Kurdistan-PKK) announced the final declaration of its 12th Congress. The declaration stated that leading cadres of PKK Ali Haydar Kaytan, died on 3 July 2018 and Rıza Altun died on 25 September 2019. 

 

The commemoration ceremony in memory of Kaytan and Altun is being held in the house where Altun grew up in Ankara's Tuzluçayır neighbourhood. As the ceremony continues on its second day, Nurhayat Altun and Bezar Altun, siblings of Rıza Altun, and Güllüşan Kandemir, sister of Ali Haydar Kaytan, welcome the visitors.
