​NEWS CENTER – Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) has released DAESH members from Shadadi Prison, which it recently took control of.

 

The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) published footage showing that following attacks by HTS, affiliated groups, control of Shadadi Prison, where DAESH detainees were being held, was lost, and that HTS-linked groups subsequently released DAESH members from the facility.

 

The footage shows HTS-affiliated groups escorting DAESH detainees out of the prison amid ululations, drawing particular attention.
